His Excellency Sheikh DR / Saad Ibn Turkuy Khathlan is the Senior member in scientific committee by royal decree dated 03/03/1434 H and he works as a professor in the Department of jurisprudence in the Faculty of Law at the Islamic University of Imam Muhammad bin Saud University . He works as a "part-time" adviser in the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, and Advocacy . he has many video, audio editions and books which influenced the Islamic content dramatically and the Sheikh's followers are from all over the world.
